Hey peeps,
Sunday is my day off. No exercise. Just rest and I was really looking forward to my much needed rest because my legs hurt from a week of exercise. I have a fit test coming tomorrow and i am really looking forward to what my scores will be. I had a fit test on the first day of the insanity program and it was not so good. I couldn't even do a push up but now i can. I feel stronger. The past two weeks have been hard but the reward is priceless. I feel stronger and as a bonus, i have lost some weight. So today, I am on my "Clean eating" journey.
For breakfast, I had scrambled eggs and vegetables.
3 eggs, a pinch of sea salt, pepper and cinnamon. A whole lot of Spinach, 1 tomato, 1 avocado and some olive oil. That's all I needed for this amazing dish. The outcome was a plate of deliciousness.
I made a lot so I had this for Lunch as well. Notice my tomatoes are uncooked. This is because i love them raw. You can add them in the veggies when u saute them.
For dinner, I had lentils, brown pasta and some fruits.
Tomorrow, i will show you the recipe for the lentils and some pictures. This is because i only cook lunch once a week. I may cook something different in the mornings and evenings to add variety.
