Hey peeps
So its been over a week and there is no change scale wise. So I did Cardio recovery today. Its like a day off. Not alot of movement but alot of stretching though. I love it…lol
That is how i feel today. Its been two weeks and my weight just keeps fluctuating. What am I doing wrong. Gosh, it sucks. Never the less I will keep pushing. Surprisingly, I burned a few during the recovery workout. 200 calories to be exact.
Decided to give myself a break. Went shopping. Will buy some stuff for my exercise too to spice things up.
Had some Chicken salad for lunch.
Adding some colour, maybe it will bring with it some added motivation. Came back tired so i just had dinner and went to bed.
