Hey Peeps
Today I did Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs. It was insane. My feet hurt. There was a moment when i literally felt like i was going to pass out so i rested for a while and kept pushing. At the end, i felt totally worn out. Since i was late for work, I could not make my breakfast smoothie so i had my detox drink and rushed to work.
I felt faint so i had to order the worst meal of all (Kentucky Fried Chicken)
As i took every bite out of it, i hated myself for it and as i swallowed it, i knew i was going to regret it. Finished my meal and felt so guilty. Although i am not on a diet, I have decided to eat clean and kfc doesn't come close to clean eating for me. So i decided since today is Saturday and its my turbo jam rest day, I will workout later to burn all the calories i had in the kfc meal. I call that accountability and making up for my slip.
For Lunch, I had spinach, butternut, and sweet potatoes and for dinner, i had a plain salad with no eggs.
At the end of the day, I am happy i achieved my goals today.Although I had a minor setback, I didn't let it hold me back. Eating right(Clean) doesn't happen overnight. It is a gradual process and a journey and by taking a step everyday in the right direction, you will surely achieve your goals.
So its weekend and though previously i would rather sit in front of my TV screen till 2am, I am going to bed early. I need the sleep to let my body recover before i dive into the next workout.
