Hey peeps
So today is my rest day and I am super excited. A day off. I went to the shop and bought the recovery drink and Protein powder. At least it gives me more calorie intake a day.
Stayed in bed all day watching TV. I want my body to be fully recovered because I start off tomorrow with Pure cardio and Cardio abs which is intense. Took the opportunity to watch the Max interval training exercises, OMG…they are insane. I will not worry about those for now. Let me get through the first month. I can’t believe I’ve done 3 weeks of this insanity. Looking back, I didn’t think i would go this far but now that I have, i ain’t stopping. I guess I’ve proven to myself that I can.
Had my protein shake. later I had yogurt and the last of my home made banana bread.
For lunch, I had Kellogs special K cereal and for dinner I made a fruit punch. Like a cocktail.
Since I don’t have access to shakology, I make my own punch which i drink throughout the week. I usually just add my recovery formula in it and drink during the day.
Later, I had a vegetable salad.
All in all, it was a great day in my books. I’m just upset that I missed church. That’s always the greatest part of my weekend. So i plan on going next week.
