Hey peeps,
I didn’t get a chance to post this yesterday. My day was a success though. It was a public holiday so I slept in for a while. Did my insanity workout (Cardio Recovery). It was mostly stretching but i still had a good sweat.
These days I’m having my much needed rest so I will start drinking my recovery formula on Monday. Now that I’m home all weekend, I plan on giving my body alot of rest.
– Had a banana loaf slice & some yogurt for breakfast.

-For lunch I had lentils & Pasta.
-For dinner I had avocado, my banana loaf and some fruits.

No veggies today so tomorrow that should be the first thing on the menu.
Did my turbo jam at 7pm. Watched TV till midnight and went to bed. I’m not worried about staying up late because tomorrow is a holiday. I can sleep in as much as I want.
