Hey peeps,
Sorry I didn’t post yesterday. I was super busy at work. Nevertheless, I woke up at 5:30 am and did my Insanity workout. These days I feel so tired so I decided to buy the recovery formula. I hear Shaun T talking about it all the time so I figure out it will help my body recover after the workouts. I did some research and found out that it is sold at Clicks shops. So I will have to go there and check next week.
This is me after my workout. That’s just sweat. Though I’m all sticky, I’m really proud of how committed I’ve been to this program. Funny enough, the scale is the most discouraging. I read from many people that you shouldn’t weigh yourself too often. They say like once every 2 weeks but I can’t help it. I just want to go to the scale every time I finish a hard workout. Shaun T says the weight should really start falling off during the second month so I’m looking forward to that.
So if you know you are someone who gets discouraged a lot, stay away from the scales as much as possible. I am determined, weather i see weight loss or not. I wake up every morning and I am feeling stronger. That is progress. I’m getting myself in great shape and no matter what, I will lose the weight.
