Hey peeps
Its me again. So this morning, I did Cardio power and resistance. I hear resistance training is good. Hectic as always plus my feet hurt like crazy. I figured out it might be my training shoes so i decided to go buy lighter shoes for my training.
At least these are lighter so i’m sure they will help. Okay u remember how i told u earlier that i was going to buy a recovery shake, well i think i bought the wrong thing. USN fast grow anabolic. I was reading about it online and discovered that it is not good for ladies so i stopped. I guess it has a negative effect. Well, i’m glad i only had it for 4 days so the rest of it is going into the trash.
Later, I got my polar FT4 heart rate monitor, yeaaaa… it always pisses me off when Shaun T says “Check your heart rate monitor during a workout’ and i have none. Now i get to check my heart rate monitor.
So now i get to do my workout and stay safe at the same time. Also, I can be able to do my work out and actually see the number of calories I burn in each session. That is is cool. I will take it home for a test run later.
I had my protein shake for breakfast and for Lunch I had spinach, sweet potatoes and butternut. For dinner, I had my fruit punch and some yogurt. I’m not sure I met the 1200 calorie mark today but I’m too lazy to check.
My feet hurt so I did just half of the Turbo jam today. Still burned a few calories though. Much better than just sitting around.
