MY INSANITY JOURNEY (Day 25)

So its been over a week and there is no change scale wise. So I did Cardio recovery today. Its like a day off. Not alot of movement but alot of stretching though. I love it…lol

That is how i feel today. Its been two weeks and my weight just keeps fluctuating. What am I doing wrong. Gosh, it sucks. Never the less I will keep pushing. Surprisingly, I burned a few during the recovery workout. 200 calories to be exact.

Decided to give myself a break. Went shopping. Will buy some stuff for my exercise too to spice things up.

Had some Chicken salad for lunch.
Adding some colour, maybe it will bring with it some added motivation. Came back tired so i just had dinner and went to bed.

MY INSANITY JOURNEY (Day 24)

Hey peeps,
Its another insane morning. (Plyometric Cardio Circuit) Tough as usual but the truth is it gets easier.

Burned 304 calories with insanity this morning. Not bad .

Burned 154 Calories with Turbo jam. Hmmmmm, well, I will improve with time. I’m just glad I’m not sitting on my butt these days doing nothing.
I feel exhausted. couldn’t even finish my Turbo Jam.
I tried to eat clean all day. I had a “Not clean” piece of fish at work though. And i have no idea what kind of fish it was. Also had some vegetables and fruits.
One thing i have to really work on is my sleeping time. I get up so early yet i sleep so late. I don’t give my body enough time to recover.

MY IINSANITY JOURNEY (Day 23)

Hey peeps
Its me again. So this morning, I did Cardio power and resistance. I hear resistance training is good. Hectic as always plus my feet hurt like crazy. I figured out it might be my training shoes so i decided to go buy lighter shoes for my training.DSC_1577[1]
At least these are lighter so i’m sure they will help. Okay u remember how i told u earlier that i was going to buy a recovery shake, well i think i bought the wrong thing. USN fast grow anabolic. I was reading about it online and discovered that it is not good for ladies so i stopped. I guess it has a negative effect. Well, i’m glad i only had it for 4 days so the rest of it is going into the trash.
Later, I got my polar FT4 heart rate monitor, yeaaaa… it always pisses me off when Shaun T says “Check your heart rate monitor during a workout’ and i have none. Now i get to check my heart rate monitor.

So now i get to do my workout and stay safe at the same time. Also, I can be able to do my work out and actually see the number of calories I burn in each session. That is is cool. I will take it home for a test run later.
I had my protein shake for breakfast and for Lunch I had spinach, sweet potatoes and butternut. For dinner, I had my fruit punch and some yogurt. I’m not sure I met the 1200 calorie mark today but I’m too lazy to check.
My feet hurt so I did just half of the Turbo jam today. Still burned a few calories though. Much better than just sitting around.

MY INSANITY JOURNEY (Day 22)

Hey peeps,
Up early and did my insanity(Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs). Whewwww, No complains today. A bit tired because I did not have enough sleep last night but that’s it. Throughout this first month, pure cardio is what I’ve been most afraid of and i have just one left on Friday. How cool is that?
Had my protein shake and 1 boiled egg and left for work.

Didn’t take my lunch to work so i drank the fruit punch all day.

For Dinner, I had my spinach soup with sweet potatoes and butternut.

Last week before recovery week. Excited!!!
